Current Skating Schedule

About our Skate Sessions

All of our skate sessions are open to the general public. Unless specified otherwise, there are no limits on age (young or old) for any of our public skate sessions. Also, parents and families are invited out to any session they wish to attend. While we encourage parents to stick around and enjoy a night of skating with their kids, you are more than welcome to drop kids off at the rink. Our facility practices very strict security standards to ensure the safety and fun of all who participate in our events and activities, including skating.


FRIDAY NIGHT SKATING
Our Friday Night skate sessions are our most popular nights, especially for kids. The typical crowd ranges in age from Middle School and younger, and there is generally always a big crowd. We listen to the latest top songs out on the radio, take your requests, play games, and have a great time!

  9:00pm - 11:00pm  Single Session - $3.00/person
  7:00pm - 11:00pm  "All Night" - $5.00/person

SATURDAY SKATING
Our Saturday "Family" skate sessions are very popular with families and those with very young or inexperienced skaters. Our "Family Night" features more parents and families, and includes our special family rate. Individual entry is also welcomed, but the main focus of this night is for the families.

SUNDAY SKATING
Now open on Sundays during the Summer! Our Sunday "Family Day" skate is perfect for families and those with young or inexperienced skaters. Much like our Saturday "Family Night" skate session, this session features more parents and families, and includes our special family rate. Individual entry is also welcomed, but the main focus is for families.

Additional Information

Columbus Event Center offers a 'Learn to Skate' program for new and beginner level skaters. Please ask the rink staff for more details, or click above for complete information. Group and/or private sessions are available.

Columbus Event Center also offers our facility for skate parties. It is a great place for your next birthday party, office party, family get-together, school or church event, or whatever the occasion. Skate parties at Columbus Hockey and Skate Center are a blast! Our facility can also be rented for general use.

If you are a school, church, organization, or other group looking to raise funds for your operations, let Columbus Hockey and Skate Center help out! We have a great Fundraising Program that makes raising money for your needs fun!

In an effort to prevent damage to our facility, we do not allow chewing gum or food out on the skating surface or benches. Also, we do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the facility. A full-service concession stand is available, including drinks, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, pizzas, candy, and more. Dinners available during tournaments or other large events.
