The Columbus Hockey and Skate Center has a flexible hours of operation. Because of the many different types of events and activities that we try to host, we do not have regular operating hours. We do have days that we have set aside for private rentals or tournaments, and also days that we have set aside for our skating and leagues. Because these can change depending upon the time of year, it is a good idea to visit our site often and check out our rink hours page for our most up-to-date operating schedule.
The Columbus Hockey and Skate Center is a multi-use facility capable of hosting a wide variety of events and activities for private or public use. Our facility truly is Columbus' event center. Our regular offerings include public roller skating, birthday parties, roller hockey leagues, dodgeball leagues, indoor soccer leagues, and also reserved times for sports practices. We have also hosted other types of events, such as school or church skate parties, business outings and parties, private receptions, fundraisers, concerts, and even boxing matches. Our facility is a hockey-rink style format, featuring professional dasher boards with tempered glass and Sport Court© flooring that makes it a great place for public skating and roller hockey leagues. Sport Court© flooring is a plastic tile flooring that helps a roller hockey puck glide across the surface as if it were ice. The equipment is also durable enough to host indoor soccer leagues as well. We have added spectator netting for added protection during athletic events. Our rink has benches for home and away teams, and also separate penalty boxes for hockey and soccer events. Other features of the facility include a balcony for spectator viewing, video arcade games, full-service snack bar/concessions stand, seating, tables, and much more!

Our facility is not a full-size hockey rink, so it is great for the beginner skater or athlete. At 90'x50', our rink is about half the size of a normal rink. But don't let the small rink size fool you. The action in our sports leagues is fast-paced and intense! There is no time for second guessing in our leagues. It is constant end-to-end action!
