Upon receipt of this confirmation email, please respond (reply) if any of the information provided was incorrect. By providing this information, you are registering yourself or your son or daughter for the activity or activities you have selected, and understand that you will be responsible for the dues associated with those activities as described below. Parents and/or participants will still need to sign a paper waiver / release form and pay dues prior to the start of the first game of the activity, game, league, or season. Participants who are registering as a team for dodgeball or indoor soccer leagues, should please use the comments section below to let us know you have a team, and how many players are on that team. In our confirmation email, we will request the roster information for your team.
