Our online registration system provides our participants many great features to not only keep you up-to-date on the latest leagues and league dates, but also allows you the opportunity to view current account balances, register and pay online for leagues and activities, and many more features that we hope you find to be helpful.
With any system, there are always questions. We hope that the following help service will be of some assistance to you as you use our online registration system. HOW DO I CREATE MY OWN ACCOUNT FOR FREE?
Creating an account is the first step in using the online registration system. Creating an account does not cost anything, and is necessary to give you controls within the system.
First, click the link to "REGISTER ONLINE" from our website. (Click here to view). Once the online registration window opens, click on the big, bright orange button labeled 'Click here to login and register'. If you have previously registered for an account, use the 'Login' section to log into your account. For new users, click on the 'Create an Account' button to get started.
Creating an account is a simple, three step process, in which the system will ask for basic contact information. First, you will need to enter and confirm your email address and password of your choice. You must use an existing, valid email account. The second step will ask for name, address, phone number, etc. This information is necessary so that WE (the rink) can contact you about the league(s) you or your children are participating in. You are only required to complete the fields marked with an asterisk, but can also fill out any additional information you would like us to have. The third and final step asks for emergency contact information. This is necessary in the event of an emergency only, and will be used for no other purpose. You can name anyone to be your emergency contact.
We respect your right to privacy, and will only use this information for contact purposes only. We will not share or redistribute your information to any other party.
That's it! You've created your very own account in just minutes. Now, let's move on to the next step, adding children...
HOW DO I ADD CHILDREN TO MY ACCOUNT?
If you've created an account simply to register yourself as a volunteer for one of our leagues or programs, then please read on to the last question. Otherwise, if you are needing to get your child(ren) registered, please continue reading right here.
First, you will need to log in to your account. Simply open the online registration system (Click here to open now), and you will be at your 'home page,' where you can add/register your child(ren), register your team, or volunteer to coach or help out with our leagues. Our first focus will be how to add a child into your account.
As you can see, your contact information is at the top of the page. At any time, you can update this information by simply clicking on the section. This way, we will have the latest contact information, and you won't miss any important phone calls about the league because of outdated information. Immediately below your contact information is a section title 'Children.' Simply click on the link named 'Add Children' to get started. All you need to do is complete the short form for one child and click on the 'Save' button. You are only required to complete the fields marked with an asterisk, but can also fill out any additional information you would like us to have. For example, if there are any known medical conditions we should know about to assist us in the event of an accident or emergency, please complete this section. Otherwise, you can skip this section.
That's it! You've added a child to the system. Please do this for each child you wish to register online. Once you have your children listed in your account, you will never have to complete this step again (unless you have more kids!). You are now ready to register your child(ren) for a league at the rink.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD(REN) FOR ONE OF YOUR LEAGUES?
This is where our system will make things very easy for you. Now that you have your child(ren) listed in your account, the actual registration process is very simple. There are no more paper forms that have to be filled out, or wondering if and when and how you paid for your registration.
Our system takes the information you provided, such as a birthdate or grade, and automatically sorts out which leagues you are eligible to register for. For example, the system will only list youth hockey leagues for a child who is eight years old, while adults will only be able to register for adult divisions. All you need to do is log in to your account (Click here to open now), and click the 'Register' button next to the name of the child you are registering.
The system will direct you through the rest of the registration process. You will be asked to update (or make sure your information is current) the contact information for your child. Next, you will be asked a couple of questions that pertain to the specific league you are joining. For example, you might get asked what shirt size your child wears, so that we know what size of jersey he/she will need. The final step will be agreeing to our online version of the waiver form. You simply click to 'agree' or 'not agree' to our waiver. This is the equivalent of physically signing a paper version of the waiver, so please make sure that you understand everything contained within this waiver.
From here, you can complete the checkout process by using cash or check (credit cards to be accepted in the future), or you can choose to 'Register Another Child', so that you can make one payment for all children, regardless of which league they are signing up for. You will receive an email invoice for your registration, and will be able to log in to your account to view this inovice at any time.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY TEAM FOR A LEAGUE, INSTEAD OF A CHILD?
Team registrations are only available to leagues that allow team registrations. Recreational soccer leagues and hockey leagues, for example, only allow individual registrations, and you will not be able to register as a full team for those leagues.
To register your team, the team coach, team parent, or team captain should create their own account (Click here to open now). From your account 'home page', click on the 'Add Teams' link next to the 'Teams' header just below your account contact information. To create a team, all you need to do is type in your team name. That's it. You have now created a team in our system.
To register the team for a league, go back to your account 'home page', and click on the 'Register' button next to your team name. From there, complete the online forms and checkout process to register your team for a league. Again, you will only be able to register a team once registration is open, and you will only be able to register for your age division. You will enter your team information, such as players names, jersey numbers, etc during this process. As with individual registrations, you will be able to view your invoice at any time by simply logging in to your account.
HOW DO I REGISTER MYSELF AS A VOLUNTEER FOR A LEAGUE AT THE RINK?
We appreciate the support and assistance of our volunteers. Without the help of volunteers, many of our leagues would not be able to be properly run. To register as a volunteer, you will need to first log in or create an account (Click here to open now).
Once you are logged in to your account, at the bottom of your 'home page', there is a section labeled 'Adults.' Your name will already be listed here, as well as any other adults (husband, wife, etc) that you have added to your account. Simply click the 'Register' button to get started. From here, you will be taken to a list of all current and available leagues you can volunteer for. To volunteer, simply click on the 'Volunteer' button under the league you wish to help out for. You will be asked to update or ensure your contact information is current, and then taken to a page where you can pick your role (coach, assistant coach, referee, etc) and age division you wish to volunteer for. You can also add comments to inform us of any preferences for your selected role. Let us know if you would like to be the coach for your son or daughter's team, or if you have any day or time preferences that you might have for when you are available to help out.
We have created a Coach's Consent Form, simply to get your pledge to do your best at promoting good sportsmanship and teaching the game. We aren't asking you to promise to be the Coach of the Year or anything like that, but to simply understand that our leagues are conducted with sportsmanship and fun in mind. You must select 'agree' or 'do not agree' to continue.
Once you have agreed to our consent form for coaches, you will be taken to a checkout page. Don't worry, it does not cost a penny to volunteer for our leagues. In order for the system to complete your request, you will have to 'Check Out' at a cost of $0.00 (no cost, absolutely free). Or, you can 'Continue Shopping' if you would like to volunteer for additional divisions or roles. Also, if you are registering a child or children, you can register as a volunteer at the same time as well.
